Below is a list of abbreviations and photos explaining the damage found on cars, which appear on auction sheets. eg. Scratches, dents, cracks and rust, showing the level of severity in each case. |

Wave. |
|
W1. There is a wave in a panel where it has been repaired, but is difficult to see without looking carefully. |

W2. There is a wave in a panel where it has been repaired, this one is still light ,but more visible than W1. |

W3. There is a wave in a panel where it has been repaired, and is visible.(See Photo above) |

Panel Colours. |
|
These cars have P marked on the auction sheet. Panels will be different colours. It generally occurs when plastic bumpers are painted the same colour as the body. It can also happen on panels that have faded. |
|
Rust |
|
S1. There is some slight rust, no bigger than the palm of your hand. |
|
S2. There is some rust, a little bigger than S1. |
|
S3. There is some rust that will need to be repaired. |
